  1. Hi Kate … the Port of Echuca is a fabulous place to visit and I always go for trip on a paddle boat when I am there … the MS society used to have a special holiday caravan Set up in Victoria Park, I wonder if it’s still there …🤗🌏😍

    • no idea about that special caravan Ivor but we certainly did a paddle boat trip … got the pics to prove it. Just not the ideal situation to take a video 🙂

There is a new bridge now 🙂 But my daily walk over the bridge to the port and back was wonderful 🙂

  2. Your words on respect are so very true. The converse, of course, is also true – respect broken is difficult to mend! I loved the video and the photo of the osprey nest and parents!

  3. I liked the line, “opens many doors” it’s so true, if you treat others with genuine respect, they are more likely to help you in finding solutions. Nice moral wisdom, Kate. Thanks for sharing this!

  4. I actually know a person who does not recognize respect when shown for the disrespect he shows to himself. How sad. Until a person learns to respect her/himself, they may not respond positively when respect is given towards them. Loved your poem and yes yes yes those attributes are just so important!!! Really enjoyed your video! How lucky you are to be able to travel. xo

    • what you say is so right, he must have had a rather traumatic childhood … poor fellow.

I drive my hybrid car which is quite cheap on fuel and this last trip was more to catch up with friends I haven’t seen in many years. We keep in touch but seeing each other face to face is so much better 🙂

  5. Such truth! By exhibiting genuine and sincere respect, we allow others to see who we truly are. The river scene mirrors the peacefulness of nature, just as our attitudes mirror our inner self. Well done Kate!
