the first is about how I chose radical surgery when confronted by breast cancer. Now a decade later I am alive and well with no sign of further complications!
The second is a more general overview of the challenges life has showered upon me with … we all face different challenges but this is a summary of the methods I took to heal within. Of course there is far more and I am happy to share the nuances if it would help you, so ask away.

I have long been awaiting production of an anthology entitled ‘The itches that I’ve scratched’ – the bad poetry of weak men, but interest in the project has been, thus far, very restrained.
Seriously though …. Well done. The family is proud of you.

Trying. Got to my woods today and I learned that dandelions are both flowers which I hadn’t known that they changed. So cool! And I blew a dandelion intentionally. Very distracted today when doing a mindfulness practice. How are you?
