- an acrostic plus where first letter of 1st stanza spells out a word and last letters of 2nd stanza spells out another, adding to the message!

You handled the Acrostic Plus very well! Kindness…..such a necessity these past 18 months. I like these words especially
“Rather patience and understanding
Eventually things will calm”
AND the idea that listening is a huge plus. (I took a graduate level course in The Art of Listening — just an excellent course!)

Gorgeously rendered, Kate 😀 I especially agree with; “listen wisely, wait to speak put others first.” 💝💝

Words of wisdom and kindness, Kate. We have to listen before we can speak out and not have egos to ourselves. Lovely

Important message and very clever, Kate. I’ve never seen an acrostic written that way before.

It did. It sounds tricky though. I’ll have to try it.

Yet another new form of poetry for me! I loved spelling out Share Kindness and then find the message in your beautiful poetry, with so many added layers to it 💛

thanks Carolyn, now I’ve discovered unsplash I doubt I need my camera anymore 🙂
Jackie Chan is a hero of mine, been watching his movies since my teens … had a boyfriend who was a kung fu master so he may have influenced me a bit!

Mine, too! Have you read any of his books? They are amazing!
I Am Jackie Chan: My Life in Action
and Never Grow Up
Great reads!!! 🙂

I bought I Am Jackie Chan: My Life in Action in the early 2000’s and I’ve read it several times. The other one I don’t own, but it’s a great read, too. His childhood was so interesting and wild even. I thought in many ways very sad. 😦
In the first book I mentioned he even lists ALL of his major injuries in his lifetime! 😮 🙂
