I love rock and roll
both the music and the dance
I stand like a rock
when I see injustice
nature rocks
and I love painting them too!
you can see that my ‘art’ is primitive so I’m now focusing on a few funny faces

As long as it makes you happy that is all that matters!

That too is a great reason for creating art!

The rock and roll dance sounds interesting. Rock art is fabulous. The happy faces look lovely.
And standing like a rock for injustice is what we all should do. You are fabulous. (Heart)

I love the rocks you are painting! I’ve been doing some rock painting too. So far mostly insects and flowers… Knowing that you are rock solid in defense of those weaker does not surprise me in the least!

Kate, lovely poem! You have me wanting to paint rocks again like I once did with my girl scouts! 🙂 Enjoy your week!

YAY for your poem and words about rock, SweetKate! I do-es, and have done, all of those, too! 🙂
You rock! And you rock my world! 🙂
Your rock faces are not stony! They are happy and friendly! 😀 And the longer rock tells a story! 🙂
It would be such fun for anyone to find these along a trail or path…but especially children! They would be so thrilled! (I’ve had a lot of kids paint a lot of rocks in my roles as mom, grandmom, and teacher! 🙂 )
Keep on rockin’!
(((HUGS))) 😀

It is a joy to find painted rocks when we are hiking in State and National parks! Who knew this would be such an “Art”?

It may not be great art but your rocks are happy and positive – as I would expect from reading your writings!

Your faces brought me joy this morning! 😀
When I was traveling I made up some rocks with sketches of the places I’d been .
I’ll try to send you some if I can find them.

Cute rock art. I can see you standing up against injustice….so you as I see it based on your writings and stories. Good👍But please ensure your own safety as nutcases are plentiful these days.😘
