we all hide things or feel deflated when things are hidden from us
what hidden factors have hurt lately?
share your creative writing or photos of ‘hidden’ things
and link it back here
this cutie sat posing for me thinking she was hidden by that leaf

Probably a mama birdie trying to catch a quick nap! 😉 Beautiful photo! 🙂
One of my fav poets, Pablo Neruda said about his wife:
“I love you as the plant that never blooms
but carries in itself the light of hidden flowers;
thanks to your love a certain solid fragrance,
risen from the earth, lives darkly in my body.”
I think he was talking about the fact that in nature, and in human beings, no matter what the external looks like, there is an internal beauty…hidden…and it can be seen when we care enough to see it/take the time to see it. 🙂
(((HUGS))) 🙂

wow this is quite exquisite Carolyn … I have always thought that people who are more content within themselves emanate an inner beauty. Not the classical physical beauty but somehow their energy is very attractive.

Hidden family history can be more annoying that hurtful. But it is what some of our Elders thought to do to protect us.

more likely it was coz they wanted to keep their status / reputation escalated 😦
people tend to avoid/deny their skeletons yet I think they make life more interesting!

Hidden mysteries of families goes a long way. They have hurt also and healed also. Such a lovely bird hiding in the bushes and sure it must have seen you and hid or was scared of you. Nice picture Kate.
