peace and tranquillity abound without ration
once I tap that infinite well of compassion
it dwells deep in my heart
love and kindness will impart
pure morality a wise base
flexibility becomes innate
lessens all harm, is sedate
love bliss and joy elate
tolerance and patience increase
as expectations and fears decrease
emotions tame like a docile stallion
playfulness a consistent companion
hardships become manageable
as kindness becomes tangible
November 16th was International Tolerance Day
A love this poem. Even more when I heard of a news about a man beating his wife for the dinner was late. Society needs such lessons more than anything.

a beautiful poem with a really important message kate.
“tolerance and patience increase
as expectations and fears decrease”..and this one really hits me. I witnessed people with higher expectations and yet bears so much fear…

Making the unseeable into a tangible is the perfect manifestation of love… especially when it is such positive things as bliss, joy, tolerance, kindness, patience, playfulness, compassion and peacefulness! I wish more would work to bring those fruits of love into the world….
