anything and everything is possible
with a kind open heart
curiosity a worthy companion
as I embrace all that life offers
‘impossible’ flees my vocabulary
as I find creative solutions
to life’s annoying pollutions
essential positive potential
helps conquer those curly twists n turns
d’Verse, possible in 44 words, De Jackson
Positive thinking means so much! Great poem, Kate! 🙂
I am doing a little better every day! I am trying to walk as much as I can with my new hip and I am doing the exercises. Trying to stay positive! 🙂

I love this too! The essence of positivity is saying “I can” instead of “I can’t” as you so eloquently point out with “‘impossible’ flees my vocabulary/as I find creative solutions/to life’s annoying pollutions”.

Positivity in a time that it is most needed.
Hoping to update in a few. It’s been a very rough couple of weeks. Sigh.

First person, present tense, active verbs- shows immediate positivity, purposely pursued.
Those writing decisions you made with pov, tense, and active voice made this effective and illustrative- positivity is a choice.
