  1. All colors are in one world. Why can’t we differ beautifully and wisely? We have feelings and reason.

Do you know that the same cactus bloomed with me? I am very pleased. It is a pity that the flower was so short on the plant.
    Best wishes

  2. It would be a pretty boring box if all the crayons were the same. Oh, the wonder of a crayon box with all the hues… I remember if one broke, I tried to use it all the same. I even remember taping them back together! In life, we must treasure the differences if we are to enjoy the canvas of this world; otherwise, we miss the beauty of the crayon box, which we were meant to enjoy. Good post!

  3. I often admonished my sons to look at things with “spirit eyes” to try to see things from a more spiritual/other-centered point of view. I think it worked as they are both compassionate people.

  4. You reminded me of when I actually grew some cacti by seed… the problem came when I tried to transplant them into larger pots…
Alas if we could be crayons… and color a rainbow 😀

  5. This is wonderful, SweetKate! So true, so lovely, so the way it SHOULD be!

I’ve never understood the lack of acceptance, respect, unity, compassion, cooperation, etc., in our world. 😦 We all want and need the same things…to love and be loved, to be accepted, respected, valued, ETC.

We have way too much in common to let the few differences divide, or even destroy, us. 😦
We should learn from the differences…and embrace those who patiently teach us! 🙂

I’ve always believed we need EVERY crayon in the box…each one amazing and unique…like crayons, together we can make the world beautiful and complete! 🙂
    (((HUGS))) 🙂
