All great photos, but I love the photo of the “lovebirds” looking at each other! ❤
Birds are amazing at fishing. It's fun to watch them.
I wonder if these birds will have chips with their fish?!?! 😀
HUGS!!! 🙂
Wonderful, Kate. Thanks for the glimpse you gave us of the stunning coastal sights. Not much of that sort around here but herons, and the occasional gulls who follow the rivers inland, but the landlocked can dream, can’s they?
That’s exactly what you did, both in poetry and in picture, Kate. You’ve stirred our imaginations!
I didn’t know ‘lovebirds’ were that big!

Very good ( and so clear) photos. I’ll think on the topic and maybe something will come to me…

I am far from the sea, over 500 km, which is why photos of water mean a lot to me.
Greetings to anglers

The heron looks least impressed. Made me want fish and chips 🙂

don’t think the heron was well, he didn’t move for hours … go treat yourself Paul, you deserve it!

Lol, I probably will, I’m going on a short break on the south coast so it’s likely, thank you Kate 🙂
