When Radha was a young girl almost every day, she used to go to the Temple with her mother. The temple had many stairs. She used to ask her mother almost daily, “Why can’t they build the temple on the ground? Why do we have to climb the stairs each and every day. Some temples I have seen are built on mountains that are so high and there are plenty of stairs to climb until we reach the temple”.
The mother gave an excellent answer to her daughter and said in her gentle voice, “You need to rise above your level to reach God. Each step of the stairs is a reminder that you are rising above your level in terms of your envy, greed, anger, ego and all negative aspects of your life. Tensions have become our guests; we invite them unnecessary. It also suggests that you have to climb the steps one by one, you can’t just jump off from first step to the last step in a minute. It takes time and effort.
Relaxation and Patience is our very nature; we don’t have to invite it; we simply move into its very core and every fibre of our being, letting go of our anger and negativity. Being completely stress-free and relaxed you can reach your destination to the top.
That is the cycle of life, once you conquer these aspects, you reach towards your inner core self, the Divine You. You might think that every increasing hurdle in front of you is a sign of stopping. It’s not. When you keep going on and turn back after a few years, you will see it was just a staircase after all, that you were climbing on the way to your victory and success.
Some take the stairs while some bow down. All in all, we just try to reach out THE ONE, to cleanse the worldly impurities from us and brighten up our souls.

Very positive message! Can’t ignore the past, can’t drag the past, but we step on top of it closer to the sun.
