She has shared Good News stories with me before but the interesting part of this one is that the fellow was an average guy eg not originally loaded / wealthy / talented / connected.
He found his frequent acts of kindness were the perfect solution to his own anxiety and autism. Personally and professionally I have found that helping others is a profound solution to resolving most of our issues.
