I’ve experienced my share of physical jolts:
passenger in a few car crashes;
knocked off my motorbike by a drunk driver;
free falling underground or on a wild joy ride.
But best jolts were those satisfying ‘aha’ moments:
the jolt when a fond memory is triggered;
the jolt of just ‘knowing’ something is right;
the jolt when clarity spontaneously arises.
These joyful jolts are never expected
but always bring deep contentment
for it is connecting with our oneness

Reminds me of when I mash prompts and they all have a similar theme and just fit.
And then the piece that I write gets enjoyed 😀

Oh, I love this poem, Kate!
Yes, jolts are a part of life. And, of course, I like the joyful ones best. But, I must admit…some of the not-joyful jolts have taught me a thing or two. 😉
HUGS!!! 🙂

Street art by Basix. He’s a graffiti writer from Murwillumbah. That piece in Lismore is his wife & daughter & a bit of graffiti writing – I posted the part with his daughter on a few days ago…

ah they are so beautiful … any idea Gary how they manage such large works with correct dimensions? I posted his daughter sometime ago 😎

No idea. It’s a mystery to me how they manage to keep it all in perspective, particularly those really huge murals they do on multi-storey buildings etc.

I’ve seen some stick bits of tape all over the place as markers also some do a rough outline and some just do it by instinct. I don’t think that there is a ‘one size fits all’ answer to that one
