Try to sit calmly in a safe place,
a scenic location or a cozy corner.
Find your safe place to sit quietly
If you have a noisy family you may
need to lock the bathroom door!
Whatever works for you …
to have ten minutes alone.
Whether cross-legged or on a chair
make sure your spine is straight
or lay comfortably stretched flat.
Ensure the aesthetics are pleasing
Pleasant surrounds or photos
A simple light and mild incense
And absolutely NO devices!
Relaxed body, sharp mind
Completely and absolutely let go
Let your thoughts just flow
Don’t engage or give them energy
Just focus on your breath
Eventually you’ll hear your own
Inner voice sprouting wisdom
You need to hear, your own seer
Listen closely coz it will clarify
What you need to know …

Meditation and visualization are good tools to have in ones bag of coping mechanisms.
Taking time to hear our intuition can be rewarding even on the simplest of levels.
Your verse states this nicely 🙂

Oh I absolutely need this consistently! Or else I often catch myself living choices that are not mine.
