on relocating we need to find constructive ways of connecting with our clan
Say hello to your neighbours, get to know them
Attend events that interest you to find like-minded people – shows, library
Frequent the same café to get to know the staff and their regulars
Join a group of interest – yoga, walking, cycling, swim locally
Brunch – invite some friends and ask them to bring someone, extends the circle
Reach out on social media, use them or start blogging
Volunteer as fellow volunteers will have other connections – radio, thrift shop
Trade – your excess with others, a great alternative to our materialistic society
Talk to the growers at your local farmers market
Join your local community garden – grow veg while connecting
Adapted from Brydie Piaf from Earth Garden
Thanks for this beautiful share.. inspiring words.. 😇😇

I really don’t want to hear that, having had so many bad experiences with homo sapiens

If base on biblical allusion, the gods were like humans then I think the gods must be truly crazy

I have no idea about that … but I did watch a movie of that name and it was great!

Well homo sapiens are crazy, that I know. Haven’t been with the gods to ascertain if we share the same trait of madness.

One man I admire greatly said we are all crazy, he said the ones who were diagnosed could at least get treatment while the rest of us wander around thinking that we are sane 🙂

Craziness is what best defines us. I mean we are talking about us here still cause we are human beings too but look how we are talking like its some other specie

maybe because I’ve done it so often … I volunteer at at least 2-3 places, join a walking group .. mainly to connect as I prefer to walk alone and make a policy of never say no if invited to anything .. works for me 🙂
