There is a calm when choice towards inner peace is made.
Perhaps even some radiant tangible lines that reach out to those we choose to make peace with?
I can only hope so. π
lol never tried that by internet Rupali … will have to think about that one, but do know the young ones use all commercial apps to learn … they seem to be sensory overload to me which is really against the principle of meditation but if it helps them get started then I guess it works π
oh you are serious … ok, no idea but I’m sure it can be done … I’m usually flown here or there to do it in person but they only pay air fares and provide food and accom. I still have to pay all the incidentals so called a break for two years to settle down and try to recover financially but I do miss my friends in those places π¦
But how do you focus on the inner peace when the one who destroys it, is always around you?
Do you get frazzled by the continuous struggle to keep your inner peace?
with meditation + discipline = mind training you can’t blame another … they can only get inside your head if you give them that power … it’s no struggle but does take much persistent effort to get there π
main thing is to do it daily … every single day of your life for minimum 5 minutes … if time and mind allow then you can have longer ones but if too busy [life or mind] then drop back and keep up that five minutes … it’s so little time considering how much we spend looking after the temporary physical body π
That’s true. I try to comment as much as I can but life gets in the way sometimes.
I get a lot of like, like, like when someone new comes along and I am always thinking, wow you read FAST! as I am heavily rolling my eyes.
But yes I do read you. If I don’t comment it’s only because time stuck out its foot and tripped me up π
one of the few I’ve had … might offer to help at the local community radio station, gonna ask if they want an hour of talk back on hot topics … I love controversy and asking questions to provoke π
Also, beings as you didn’t ask π you are an observer of humanity, a journey friend without favour, as well as one who has worked in a variety of roles and places.
Beautiful photo AND beautiful reminder about peace!
I’m amazed and appreciative of the times I’ve add inner peace during chaotic and/or scary situations.
HUGS!!! π
certainly helps us to stay more calm and retrospective about our response at those times Carolyn …
we need to make it a habit
so it becomes automatic π

lol I know that you can do anything you set your mind to Rupali, so if you are genuine about learning I’m sure there are places in Oslo π

I think you have such an all round grasp of things, plenty of experience to bring to the process.

No money can buy this realisation and so many people give years and a small fortune searching in all the wrong places! Lovely reminder!
