When young we feel ten foot tall
Life and creativity is such a ball
For partners and worldly gains we will trawl
Then with age it starts to fall
Belongings and credentials a useless haul
As death will claim us all
Are you ready for the call?
Dedicated to Leonard Cohen, RIP
The image is breathtaking. Very beautiful.

Just some of the words penned by that extraordinary poet that I admire:
“Hallelujah
I did my best, it wasn’t much
I couldn’t feel, so I tried to touch
I’ve told the truth, I didn’t come to fool you
And even though it all went wrong
I’ll stand before the lord of song
With nothing on my tongue but hallelujah”.
Thank you, Kate.

Sadly all the great singers are dropping like flies. 2016 is not a good year, claiming all the people who are so talented. Hmm…they must be singing their hearts out in heaven and winning the heavenly Oscars!
