For most our mental chatter is like Niagara Falls
A constant torrid flood with never a pause
For those who meditate daily seeking a pause
the mental chatter might ease to a rivulet
The mind becomes clearer and the chatter
more controlled, taming our mind brings calm!

We are in the big city ..flights to our hometown are very erratic and the quarantine protocols are very unpredictable as well.. so we just thought of staying here ..
Book is taking a long way too from the printer cos of travel restrictions here..
