M and A’s Story

I refuse to look down at those fat fellas, just because they can swallow more with those big bills … greedy ones. They even had to put these special spikes up here coz they were breaking the lights with their weight!

Albert don’t look up, we are not going to give them any attention. How dare they perch up there … those damn spikes prevent us from getting a better view …

Now Myrtle I’m looking down so don’t nag me … the tide is rushing in and I’m getting dizzy being so close to the water … why can’t we perch up there like we used to?

Now we’re reduced to ghetto living … jolly authorities should mind their own business!

WPC: Story

  1. I treat myself, from time to time, with fish and chips on the wharf at Batemans Bay. There is nothing terribly special about the food but the time spent convening with the pelicans is well worth the effort.
